技术特点
■新一代的红外线试样机,采用红外线加热来达成试染目的,而不使用传统的甘油作热媒。因此干净、无油烟,创良好工作环境。
■采用红外线加热,加热速度快.温度追随性佳,能使染液各处均匀升温.可做恒温及升温打色,从而解决了传统样机因染液温差产生的色花问题。
■完全模拟现场生产,提高符样率。
■采用高精度、高灵敏进口温度探针,直接检测染液温度,升温迅速准确,控温精度可达±0 5℃以上,能满足用户更高要求。
■具有正反转动功能,使杯内液体来回波动,上色率更均匀,适合各种原料染色。
■风冷冷却装置,冷却速度更快。
●染杯斜置在转盘上,倾斜角度是14度角,不同于传统的垂直上下方式,可防止试布产生折痕,并获得均匀的染色效果。
